WOW Awards Win.

I'm honoured and delighted that my poem, Brain Scan, won first prize in the WOW Awards, poetry section, in Galway on Friday evening. Congratulations to all the winners and to the judges, Jane Clarke and Annemarie Neary. A special thank you to the organizers, Ger and Tony.

It was a great evening in the Crane Bar with the launch of Crannog 41 as well. Some great poems and stories read on the night by writers, some of whom who had travelled distances to be there.

The full results are on the WordsOntheWaves website. The anthology which contains all the short listed poems and stories is available for purchase here on the website.
